The Positive Reset network.
Positive Reset Eatontown is one practice in a small network of outpatient mental health clinics in New Jersey and the surrounding region. Each clinic is independently operated, shares the same care model, and is independently credentialed with the insurance plans it accepts. We refer between sister clinics when geography or specialty fit warrants it.
Network listing
We’ll list our partner clinics here as their patient acceptance and credentialing alignment with this site becomes formal. Until then, if you’ve been referred by a Positive Reset network partner clinic in another NJ county or nearby state, our intake team can confirm the referral and onboard you the same way we onboard any other patient. Call us at (732) 724-1234 or use the contact form.
How the network works
Each clinic in the Positive Reset network is independently owned and operated, with its own clinicians, its own licenses, and its own insurance credentialing. We share the practice model: outpatient mental health, broad insurance acceptance including Medicaid, evidence-based treatment, transparent billing, and editorial standards for clinical content.
What that means in practice for patients:
- If you move to a region served by a network partner, we’ll coordinate a warm handoff — your records transfer with you (with consent), and the receiving clinic picks up where we left off.
- If you’d rather see a different clinic within the network for any reason — closer commute, different clinical specialty mix, scheduling fit — we’ll connect you. No paperwork friction, no judgment.
- If a network partner has a specialty we don’t (e.g. an inpatient or partial-hospitalization affiliation), we route to that partner when clinically appropriate. Our scope here is outpatient; theirs may be broader.
Care continuity across the network
We don’t share patient records across network clinics without your written consent. HIPAA boundaries hold the same way they would between any two unaffiliated clinics. What network membership does is reduce friction at the moment of transfer or referral — phone numbers route, credentialing is recognized, and our intake teams already know each other.
What this isn’t
We aren’t a hospital system or a national chain. The network is a small group of independent NJ-area outpatient clinics that work the same way. We don’t centralize billing, share electronic health records by default, or present ourselves as one larger entity. Each clinic answers to its own clinical leadership, its own state licensure, and its own patients.
