Our team.

75+ NJ-licensed clinicians. Therapists, psychiatrists, and advanced-practice nurses specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, trauma, substance use, and more — for adults, teens, and children.

Every clinician on this page is licensed by the State of New Jersey and credentialed with the insurance plans we accept, including Medicaid (NJ FamilyCare). We list training, specialties, languages spoken, and which conditions and populations each clinician sees most often. Profile filtering by specialty, insurance, and visit type is coming soon. How matching works

How we match patients to clinicians.

Picking a clinician on a first read is hard. We make it easier two ways. First, every profile lists the conditions the clinician sees most often, the modalities they use (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.), languages spoken, and whether they’re currently accepting new patients. Second, our intake team does the matching for you when you call. We ask three or four questions about what’s bringing you in, your insurance, your schedule, and whether you prefer in person or telehealth — then we put you with a clinician who fits.

If the first match doesn’t feel right after a session or two, tell us. Switching clinicians is a normal part of getting care. We’ll move you without penalty, paperwork friction, or judgment.

Credentials + licensing

Who we hire.

Our team includes psychiatrists (MD, DO), advanced-practice psychiatric nurses (PMHNP-BC, APN), psychologists (PhD, PsyD), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), licensed professional counselors (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselors (LCADC). Every clinician holds an active New Jersey license and is credentialed with the insurance plans we accept. Several of our clinicians also hold PSYPACT authorization for telepsychology across participating states.

We are accredited by the Joint Commission and Medicare certified — the same outpatient credentialing standards used by hospital-affiliated clinics, which matters when insurers verify the clinic before paying claims.

Common questions

Before you pick a clinician.

What if I’m not sure who to pick?

Call our intake team. Most patients leave the matching to us. We’ll put you with a clinician based on what’s bringing you in, your insurance, your schedule, and your in-person/telehealth preference.

Can I request a clinician who speaks Spanish (or another language)?

Yes. Each profile lists the languages a clinician speaks. Tell our intake team and we’ll match you with someone who can see you in your preferred language.

What if my preferred clinician is on a waitlist?

We’ll offer you the option to wait, or to start with a different clinician now and switch later if you’d rather. Many patients who switch within the first few sessions stay with the second match long-term — the right fit matters more than the first impression.

What if I want to see two clinicians (e.g. therapy and psychiatry)?

That’s common — therapy plus psychiatry is the most-used combination at our clinic. Your therapist and psychiatrist coordinate care through our shared chart, so you don’t have to repeat your story.
