Work with us.
We’re a 12-year-old, Joint Commission-accredited outpatient clinic in Eatontown, NJ — growing deliberately, credentialed in-network with all 5 NJ FamilyCare MCOs alongside Medicare, Tricare, and most major commercial plans. If you want to do good clinical work without fighting your billing office every week, we should talk.
Who we’re hiring
We hire NJ-licensed clinicians across disciplines: licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), licensed professional counselors (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselors (LCADC), psychologists (PhD, PsyD), psychiatrists (MD, DO), and psychiatric-mental health advanced-practice nurses (PMHNP-BC, APN).
We hire for in-person work at our Eatontown office and for telehealth across New Jersey. PSYPACT-authorized psychologists are particularly welcome — we serve patients across multiple PSYPACT states by telehealth.
We don’t require ARNP or pre-licensure clinicians. Every clinician on our team is independently licensed in New Jersey, with their license number published on their profile page.
What we offer
Practice infrastructure that doesn’t fight you
We handle insurance credentialing across 15+ plans (including all 5 NJ FamilyCare MCOs, Medicare, Tricare, and major commercial). We handle billing, prior-auth submission, and benefit verification in-house — you focus on clinical work, not coverage paperwork. Our intake team schedules and confirms; you walk into a session with the patient information you need.
A patient mix that includes Medicaid
About a third of our patient panel carries NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid). If serving that population matters to you, we’re built for it — we are credentialed with every NJ MCO, prior-auth turnaround is fast, and we don’t quietly drop Medicaid patients when our schedule fills. The Medicaid wedge is part of how we work, not a footnote.
A real clinical team
75+ clinicians across therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and TMS. Weekly case-consultation rounds. Shared chart access for therapy + psychiatry coordination, so a patient’s care doesn’t fragment between providers. Our Clinical Director is available for case-level questions, and the medical-review workflow for clinical content is genuine, not a checkbox.
Compensation and benefits
We pay competitive market rates for outpatient mental health work in Monmouth County, with a structured compensation review at 12 months. Full-time clinicians get health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid CEUs, and paid licensure renewal. Both W-2 and 1099 arrangements are supported — we’ll explain trade-offs honestly during your first conversation.
How to apply
Send us your CV and a short note on what you’d be looking for — in-person vs. telehealth, full-time vs. part-time, the conditions and populations you most enjoy working with. Our Clinical Director or Practice Manager replies to every applicant within five business days.
Email us at info@positivereseteatontown.com with “Careers” in the subject line, or call our office at (732) 724-1234 and ask for the Practice Manager. If you’d rather a no-pressure conversation about whether the practice fits you, that’s also welcome — many of our best clinicians joined after a coffee, not a formal application.
What we don’t do
We are an outpatient clinic. We don’t run inpatient programs, partial-hospitalization programs, or 24/7 crisis services. If your training is in those settings and you’re looking for similar work, we’re happy to point you to clinics in the Monmouth County region that do.
We don’t hire for non-clinical roles (administrative, billing, intake) on this page — if you’re looking for that kind of role, send your CV via the same email and we’ll route it correctly.
We are an equal-opportunity employer. We hire without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, New Jersey state, or local law.
