The website vs. the clinic

What this website collects

At launch, this website does not run third-party analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) and does not transmit your browsing to advertising networks. Every page is a static file served from a content delivery network.

  • No tracking SDKs. Our editorial policy explains the engineering decisions behind that.
  • No marketing cookies. The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. Any cookies set are limited to functional needs (e.g., your accessibility preferences if you set them).
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not joined to any other data.

Forms and what happens to your information

The lookup card, contact form, and booking request form on this site collect what you type so an intake coordinator can reach you. As stated below every form: This form is for general inquiries only. Please do not include sensitive medical information. Submitting this form does not establish a clinician-patient relationship.

Form submissions go to our intake team; they are not shared with advertisers, brokered to data marketplaces, or used for ad retargeting. If you would like a copy of your submission deleted, contact info@positivereseteatontown.com.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Care for children is arranged by parents or guardians during the intake process.

Your rights

For information you have submitted to this site, you can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@positivereseteatontown.com. For your clinical record at the clinic, your HIPAA rights (access, amendment, accounting of disclosures) apply through the clinic’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
