About Evan
Evan is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Advanced Practice Nurse (PMHNP-BC) who provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and adolescents (13+). His practice focuses on ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar-spectrum conditions.
A first visit with Evan is a 60- to 90-minute psychiatric evaluation: full history, current symptoms, prior medications and what worked or didn't, family medical history, and a working diagnostic impression. Most patients leave the first visit with a recommended medication plan or a clear reason to wait and reassess. Follow-up medication-management visits run 25 to 30 minutes, typically every 4 to 12 weeks once a regimen is stable. Evan partners with the patient's therapist when one is involved — the shared chart at our clinic means therapy and prescribing stay coordinated without you having to repeat your history.
Evan prescribes both stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medications, antidepressants, and mood stabilizers per current clinical guidelines. He follows New Jersey's controlled-substance prescribing rules and reviews each prescription on a visit-by-visit basis. Evan sees patients at the Eatontown office and via telehealth across New Jersey, and accepts NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid) and most major commercial insurance.
